This industry is ROUGH.
I have bought so much stuff which has been absolutely atrocious quality, and some people just take your money and run!
Figured it would be wise to warn people so you don't get scammed as well.
1. Ninepins Industries, lashtoolss on instagram, ahmedmalicc personal instagram, ninepinsindustries.com/ although the website is currently down.
Owned by Admed Malicc, I bought a bunch of tweezers from him in October 2025, with the intention of buying custom tweezers as gifts for clients. Unfortunately, I doubt these were ever sent, as I never recieved photos of the products or a single tracking number, and he is still making excuses months later, blaming DHL, which I severely doubt ever recieved a single package.
He has made up every excuse under the sun, and frankly, I don't think he was ever intending to send product.
Last contact from him was Feb 15th, and have been ghosted since then.

2. Shenzhen Zhichengneng Technology Co., Ltd.
Massively disapointed in this company. Swore black and blue they would refund me if I had any issues with quality, no hesitiation, was happy to let me pay via paypal to ensure I had recourse if anything went wrong, the lady I dealt with was super sweet.
Unfortunately I ended up dealing with massive quality issues when the products arrived, and when I showed her evidence of the products being very poor, she acknoledged they had been having issues, but refused to refund, stating she would prefer to reship. I refused this on principle as I don't want to have every shipment of supplies be a gamble when it comes to quality, and she ignored me. I ended up getting alibaba to reimburse me, and told them about the poor service from the company and their terrible quality products, leading to their page getting removed.
