Russian volume in an almost-translucent tone that shifts between soft blue and green depending on the light — like something plucked straight from a mermaid's tail. C curl, 0.07 thickness, perfect for holographic-inspired sets, colour-blended designs, or adding a touch of magic to a classic look.  Very hard to photograph but is absolutely beautiful!
